If you're an employer, Feb 6 (Friday) is your PAYE submission and payment deadline. Don't miss it.

And the rest of February is coming fast:

📅 Feb 25 (Wed): VAT manual submissions and payments
📅 Feb 27 (Fri): The big one - VAT electronic, Provisional Tax (IRP6), and Company Provisional Tax (CIT) all due

⚠️ Critical: Feb 28 is a Saturday, which means SARS considers everything due on Feb 27. If you submit or pay on the 28th, you're late - and penalties apply immediately.

⏰ January 19 is tomorrow - and SARS isn't in a forgiving mood this year.

If you're a provisional taxpayer or a trustee, your final 2025 tax return (ITR12 or ITR12T) is due by end of day tomorrow.

This isn't a "soft" deadline. SARS has made it very clear in January 2026 that they're taking a no-nonsense approach to non-compliance:

📌 A company director was recently hit with provisional sequestration over R155 million in unpaid tax
📌 Refund delays and admin headaches are increasing for late or incorrect filings
📌 The February 28 provisional payment deadline is coming right after this one
📌 Company tax returns for the 2025 year are also due by end of February 2026
